Support the Wattis
Thanks to the generous support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and government funders, the CCA Wattis Institute has become one of the premiere venues for contemporary art exhibitions worldwide and is central to the vitality of the Bay Area art scene. Local residents and visitors come to the Wattis to see the best work of emerging artists, as well as new work by established artists.
To ensure Wattis Institute programs are accessible to the broadest possible audience, exhibitions and lectures are offered free of charge to the public. Without gallery admission fees, the Wattis Institute must rely on the generosity of donors to underwrite the cost of bringing the best in contemporary art from around the world to the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Wattis Institute needs your support to continue its important work. CCA offers special benefits to donors at all levels of giving. Your gift in any amount will be of vital assistance in underwriting exhibition and program expenses at the Wattis.
In addition, CCA created the Curator's Forum, a special donor group for individuals who support the Wattis Institute with an annual membership of $5,000. Curator's Forum members are invited to private events featuring curators from around the world who discuss the work of emerging artists in their region.
